I get a message that reads "OliveLink is blocked by Firewall. Please check firewall settings."

SOLUTION: Your firewall has prevented OliveLink from connecting to the Internet. To correct, go into your firewall settings and add OliveLink, OliveViewer and OliveProjector to your list of programs permitted to access the Internet.

NOTE: in some Firewalls (e.g., McAfee, Norton, Trend Micro and ZoneAlarm), you will get a pop-up window warning that OliveViewer.exe and/or OliveProjector.exe has tried to access the Internet. In these programs you may check the "allow this program to access the Internet" box, to permit OliveLink to function properly.
