My error isn't one of the above, what do I do now?

SOLUTION: Send us an email describing your support problem. Make sure to include details of what you were doing when the error occurred and the exact error message you received.

Additionally, please attach the log trace file for the application. Log trace files are located as follows:

  • OliveViewer
    If you were using OliveViewer when the error occurred please attach the file located at: c:\logs\viewer\viewerTrace.txt
  • OliveProjector
    If you were using OliveProjector when the error occurred, please attach the file located at: c:\logs\Projector\ProjectorTrace.txt
